To disconnect a mailbox, go to Settings, then Connected accounts. In the Email accounts table, open the menu on the account’s row and choose Disconnect. itogai stops reading from it right away. The same dialog offers to delete all your imported contacts and uploaded files at once. That option deletes contacts from every source, CSV and LinkedIn included, and it can’t be undone. To delete your account, send an email to privacy@itogai.com with the subject line Delete my account, from the address on the account if you still have it. itogai verifies that the account is yours before anything is deleted and confirms receipt within five business days. Everything in the account is deleted within 30 days, except the few records the Privacy Policy says itogai keeps, and backups roll off within 90 days. If you want a copy of your data first, ask support@itogai.com for your export before you send the request.
