Can I export or delete my itogai data?

For an export, write to support@itogai.com from the email on your account, and a person will help you get it. To delete your account, write to privacy@itogai.com with the subject line Delete my account. itogai verifies that the account is yours, confirms receipt within five business days, and deletes everything within 30 days, except the few records the Privacy Policy says itogai keeps, with backups rolling off within 90 days. Canceling a paid plan never deletes anything: the account moves to the Free plan with its data intact.
