Why does itogai ask for Google permissions?
To read the metadata of your email (who, when, and how often) so it can score your relationships. It never reads or stores the body of your emails.

The Google permission lets itogai read your email metadata, such as who you write to, when, and how often. Google treats that permission as restricted, so itogai holds App Defense Alliance CASA verification at Assurance Level 1 (formerly Tier 2), renewed annually by a new Letter of Validation: an independent assessment of the security controls behind itogai’s Google API integrations and the metadata-only handling of Gmail. itogai never reads or stores an email body, and you can disconnect anytime, in itogai or in your Google account settings.
