How itogai handles your data, who can see it and the choices you have.
- How do I disconnect a source or delete my account?Disconnect a mailbox in Settings, Connected accounts. To delete your account, write to privacy@itogai.com with the subject line Delete my account.
- Why does itogai ask for Google permissions?To read the metadata of your email (who, when, and how often) so it can score your relationships. It never reads or stores the body of your emails.
- Does itogai store the content of my emails or private messages?No. Email is read as metadata only, and itogai never reads or stores an email body.
- Where is my data stored, and is it used to train AI?On managed providers in the United States. itogai never sells your data, and nothing pooled across customers trains its scoring model.
- Does itogai sell my data?No. itogai never sells your data or your network.
- Is itogai a data broker?No. itogai never sells personal data.
- Can I export or delete my itogai data?Yes. Write to support@itogai.com for an export and to privacy@itogai.com to delete your account.
- Is itogai security-verified or audited?itogai holds App Defense Alliance CASA verification at Assurance Level 1 (formerly Tier 2), renewed annually by a new Letter of Validation. It doesn’t hold a SOC 2 report or an ISO/IEC 27001 certificate.
- Where can I read your Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?Every legal document is in the legal hub at itogai.app/legal/legal-hub.
- Is itogai GDPR compliant?itogai is built for the GDPR and the LGPD.
- Someone added me to their itogai account. How do I see or remove my information?Write to privacy@itogai.com with your name and the email or phone number someone is likely to hold for you. You don’t need an account.
- I received an introduction email through itogai. Why do you have my information?Someone you know brought your contact details into their own itogai account and used it to write to you.
- What are content signals?A setting for each source, off by default. With it on, itogai reads a conversation’s text once, in memory, to derive relationship signals, then discards it.
- How do I report a security issue?Write to legal@itogai.com. No other address handles security.
- Do you have a DPA, or can you fill in our security questionnaire?Yes. The Data Processing Agreement is published, and a countersigned copy or a security questionnaire goes to legal@itogai.com.
