Check a source, sync it again, reconnect it, or disconnect it

Settings, Connected accounts is the one place to review everything you’ve connected or uploaded. Each source shows its state, and the Email accounts table lists each mailbox.
Check the state. If a source stopped reading, or a connection never finished, the state says so. An empty network usually traces back here.
Sync now starts a fresh read of a connected account. Use it when something you expect isn’t showing.
Reconnect runs the provider’s sign-in again when a grant expired or was revoked in your Google or Microsoft account. You go through the provider’s page once more, and nothing else changes.
Disconnect stops reading from a mailbox right away. Open the menu on the account’s row in the Email accounts table and choose Disconnect. What itogai already derived from it stays in place. The same dialog offers to delete all your imported contacts and uploaded files at once. That option deletes contacts from every source, CSV and LinkedIn included, and it can’t be undone.
Good to know:
Disconnecting a mailbox frees its slot in your plan’s count of connected email accounts.
You can also revoke itogai’s access in your Google or Microsoft account settings. itogai treats that as a disconnection, and you can Reconnect later.
After you choose Sync now or Reconnect, open TrustRings™ and choose Get Recommendations to see what changed.
