Connecting your sources

What happens when I connect my email and LinkedIn?

itogai reads who you write to, when, and how often, never the text of your emails, and brings in your LinkedIn connections from the file LinkedIn lets you download.

When you connect a Google account (Gmail) or a Microsoft 365 account (Outlook mail), itogai reads email metadata only, such as who you write to, when, and how often, to score your relationships. It never reads or stores an email body, and email stays at metadata only, permanently. Your LinkedIn connections come in from the data export you request from LinkedIn yourself, so you decide what to share, and itogai never logs into your LinkedIn account. To complete your contacts, itogai uses professional information from available public sources and from the data providers listed in our Sub-processors register. You can disconnect a source anytime.
