I’m not getting emails from itogai.
Allow no-reply@itogai.com, notifications@itogai.com, and intros@itogai.com, check your spam folder, and check which address you registered with.

itogai sends mail from three addresses, each with one purpose:
no-reply@itogai.com for messages about your account, such as a receipt, a renewal reminder, or a security notice.
notifications@itogai.com for the product notifications you turned on.
intros@itogai.com for an introduction email, when it can’t go out from the sender’s own account.
If one isn’t arriving:
Search your spam or junk folder for itogai, and mark the message as not spam.
Add the three addresses to your contacts or your safe senders list. In a company mailbox, ask your administrator to allow the itogai.com domain.
Check that you’re looking in the mailbox you registered with. The emails itogai sends you go to the address on your account, in the language you chose.
For a password reset, request it again from Recover your access on the sign-in page. The link lasts 30 minutes.
Still nothing? Write to support@itogai.com, from another address if you have to, and say which email is on your account. A person answers within one business day.
Good to know: none of the three addresses is read, so replying to them reaches no one. Write to support@itogai.com for anything about your account, billing@itogai.com for billing, and privacy@itogai.com for privacy. itogai never asks for your password, a payment card, or a one-time code by email.
