My LinkedIn upload shows zero people.
Usually the file didn’t include Connections yet, the .zip was opened and repacked, or the wrong export was chosen. Here’s how to check and upload again.

When the LinkedIn import finishes with zero people, the file didn’t carry a Connections list itogai could read. The usual causes:
The first installment. LinkedIn can send the archive in two parts, and the first one may not include Connections yet. Wait for the second email and upload that file.
The archive was opened and repacked. Upload the .zip exactly as LinkedIn delivered it, or upload the Connections .csv inside it on its own. Don’t rename or re-save the files.
The wrong export. The export has to include your connections. A smaller export, your profile only for example, has no Connections file. Request it again and include Connections.
An edited .csv. If you opened the Connections file in a spreadsheet and saved it, the format may have changed. Use the original.
To upload again, go to Settings, then Connected accounts, and under Data sources choose LinkedIn, then Manually upload. If it still shows zero, write to support@itogai.com with the email on your account and the date you requested the export. Don’t attach the archive: nobody at itogai opens a raw upload. A person answers within one business day.
