Enrich a person or a company to add business contact details
Open a record in My Network and ask itogai to look it up. One Spark, charged only when the lookup adds something. A mobile number is its own request, two Sparks, only when one is found.

An enrichment is one lookup of a person or a company with a data provider, run only when you ask. It adds business contact details your record didn’t hold, such as a title, a company, a work email, a work phone, or a professional web address. It never searches for people you don’t already have.
Open the person or the company in My Network.
Choose the enrichment action on the record.
Review what came back.
Good to know:
One lookup costs one Spark, charged only on a material result: a field the record didn’t hold. A lookup that adds nothing, or only confirms what you had, costs nothing.
A mobile number is its own request and costs two Sparks, only when one is found.
Each plan sets how many lookups run in a day before itogai asks you to confirm each further one: five on the Free plan, 20 on the Growth plan, and 100 on the Ultimate plan. Past that, each lookup costs the same.
Lookups run one record at a time, on your click. itogai never enriches on import, on a schedule, or across your whole network.
When you run out of Sparks, the lookup stops and itogai shows you the Sparks to buy. Write to billing@itogai.com to buy more.
