People are missing after an import.
Check the source’s state, the 90-day read window for mailboxes, newsletters and no-reply senders left out, duplicates, CSV columns left out, and the plan’s TrustRings cap.

itogai builds your network from what the sources carry, so a missing person usually traces back to one of these.
The source didn’t finish. Go to Settings, then Connected accounts, and check the state. Choose Sync now, or Reconnect if the connection dropped.
Mailboxes are read over the last 90 days. Someone you last wrote to before that doesn’t come in from email. Bring them in another way: your LinkedIn export, a CSV, or by hand in My Network.
Newsletters and no-reply senders are left out. Notifications, newsletters, and no-reply addresses aren’t people, so itogai filters them out.
Two records became one. itogai de-duplicates people and companies, so search My Network by name or email before assuming someone is gone.
A CSV column was left out. Columns you don’t keep are discarded at import. Import the file again and keep the column.
The TrustRings™ cap. Your plan sets how many people you can hold across the five circles: 50 on the Free plan, 200 on the Growth plan, and unlimited on the Ultimate plan. The cap applies to adding new people beyond it, and nothing already in your account is deleted.
If the person should be there and isn’t, write to support@itogai.com with the email on your account, the source, and the person’s name as it appears in that source. A person answers within one business day.
