Teams and sharing
Bring your team into itogai, work together in a Group and choose who sees what.
- Can my team use itogai together?Yes. Each teammate gets their own account, and a team runs on one account that holds the seats and pays for them.
- Can multiple people share one itogai login?No. An account belongs to one person and is never shared.
- Is itogai for individuals or teams?Both. itogai is built around you and your own network, and a team is a set of individual accounts on one bill.
- Can other itogai users see my full network?No. Your network is private unless you switch on network sharing, and even then others see only business-card details.
- Can other people find me on itogai or see that I use it?Only if you switch on network sharing, which is off by default.
- What is a Group?A Group lets colleagues see which of them knows a given person, at business-card depth.
- Why is network sharing off by default?
- Turn network sharing on or off, and what others then seeSettings, Privacy, Share my network. Off by default, confirmed before it turns on, and others see only a name, employer, and role, plus the fact that you know the person.
