itogai runs in your browser, so there’s nothing to install. Creating your account and finishing the onboarding takes a few minutes.

  1. Go to platform.itogai.app and create your account with your email and a password, or with Google. Any email address works, personal or work.

  2. Akai™, itogai’s relationship intelligence co-pilot, welcomes you and asks what you want to do today: get a warm intro, or organize your network. Pick the one that fits you now. Nothing is locked by this choice, and you can do the other anytime.

  3. Answer Akai’s short questions about you and your goals. Each step says why it matters.

  4. Bring in your first source: a Google account (Gmail), a Microsoft 365 account (Outlook mail), your LinkedIn data export, or a CSV of people or companies you already know. Before anything is read, itogai shows what it reads, what it derives, and what it never stores, and you confirm.

  5. Once your first source is in, itogai scores your relationships and suggests your circles. Open TrustRings™ and choose Get Recommendations to review them.

Good to know:

  • Every new account gets a one-time gift of 10 Sparks.

  • Your 30 days of the Growth plan start when you bring in your first source, not when you register. itogai never asks for a credit card to run the trial, and at the end your account moves to the Free plan with everything intact unless you choose a plan.

  • New accounts start in English. You choose the language once during onboarding, and you can switch it later from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, under Language.

  • Each account belongs to one person, so never share your sign-in details.
