Do you offer refunds?

Monthly subscription fees aren’t refundable, and canceling stops the next renewal while you keep access to the end of the period. For an annual subscription, you can ask for a pro rata refund of unused months by writing to billing@itogai.com within 30 days of the renewal date, and after that annual fees aren’t refundable. Sparks are never refunded, whether included with a plan, purchased, or granted, used or unused. When a material change to the Service Schedule is announced, you can leave before it takes effect and get a pro rata refund of prepaid unused fees.
