What each plan includes, how Sparks work and what to know about billing.
- Is itogai available in Latin America?Yes. Companies headquartered in Latin America get 50 percent off plan fees, Professional Services, and Sparks once we verify the company.
- What are Sparks?Sparks are the one unit for the actions that matter most: a warm intro request is 40 Sparks, an enrichment one, and one Spark covers five Akai™ assists.
- Do Sparks expire?It depends on where they came from. Plan Sparks on the Growth and Ultimate plans last 12 months, the Free plan’s renew monthly, and Sparks you buy stay until you use them.
- What are enrichments?An enrichment looks up a contact or company and adds business contact details, for one Spark, charged only when it adds something.
- How much does Akai cost?One Spark covers five Akai™ assists.
- How long is the free trial?30 days of the Growth plan, free, with no credit card. The 30 days start when you bring in your first data source.
- Do I need a credit card to start the trial?No.
- What happens when the 30-day trial ends?Your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. Nothing is deleted.
- Does itogai have a free plan?Yes. The Free plan is $0, with 40 Sparks a month and up to 50 people in TrustRings™.
- Can I cancel my paid itogai plan at any time?Yes. Cancel at least one day before your renewal and keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.
- What happens if I reach 50 contacts on the Free plan?Nothing is deleted. Every other tool keeps working, and the cap only applies to adding people beyond 50.
- Does itogai offer regional or startup pricing?Yes: 50 percent off for companies headquartered in Latin America, and codes for members of partner funds and accelerators.
- How much does itogai cost?The Free plan is $0, the Growth plan $100 per user per month, and the Ultimate plan $200 per user per month, or 20 percent off billed annually.
- What is the difference between the Growth and Ultimate plans?The Ultimate plan has no contact limit, unlimited email accounts, more Sparks, more enrichments a day, and more broadcasts.
- Do you offer annual plans?Yes. Annual billing is 20 percent off: $80 per user per month on the Growth plan and $160 on the Ultimate plan.
- How do I upgrade, change my plan, or buy more Sparks?Write to billing@itogai.com. Every purchase happens on the web platform, never in an app.
- What payment methods do you accept?Payments run through Stripe, so major credit and debit cards work.
- Do you offer refunds?Monthly fees aren’t refundable. An annual plan can get a pro rata refund of unused months if you ask within 30 days of the renewal date. Sparks are never refunded.
- Is there an enterprise plan, a custom contract, or an SLA?No. itogai offers the Free, Growth, and Ultimate plans, run individually or as a team.
