What is a Group?
A Group lets colleagues see which of them knows a given person, at business-card depth.

A Group lets the members of one organization see which of them knows a given person, so a colleague can be asked for an introduction. It shows business-card depth only: a contact’s name, employer, and role, plus the fact that a named colleague knows them. No setting widens it, it never shows relationship scores, communication metadata, or messages, and contributing is each member’s own choice. A team is the billing arrangement, and its members belong to the Group the administrator’s organization holds. Whether Groups are available on your account is shown in the product.
