Add a person or a company by hand

Add someone you know, or a company you want to reach, without a source: type the details in My Network, and itogai takes it from there.

Not everyone you know shows up in a source. You can add a person or a company by hand in My Network.

  1. Open My Network and choose to add a person or a company.

  2. Type what you know. For a person, their name, email, company, and role. For a company, its name and website.

  3. Save. The record appears in My Network, and from there you can place a person in a circle in TrustRings™, add either to a List, or enrich the record to look up more business contact details.

Good to know:

  • If the person already exists in your account, itogai flags the possible duplicate so you don’t end up with two records.

  • Someone you’d like to know goes in the Build circle, and only you can put them there.
