TrustRings™ organizes your people into five circles, and a person sits in exactly one at a time. A circle is a rhythm of attention, never a rank, and none is higher or lower than another.
Inner: the people you would call at 2am. Your strongest relationships.
Close: high-trust professional and personal contacts you actively maintain.
Nurture: valuable connections worth investing in.
Reconnect: dormant relationships worth reviving. People you have drifted from.
Build: aspirational contacts not yet in your network.
To fill them:
Open TrustRings and choose Get Recommendations. itogai suggests a circle for each person, from your own data, with its reason.
Accept or dismiss each suggestion. Choose I do not know them to leave someone out for good.
To move someone later, open their record and change their circle. You can move anyone at any time, into any circle, including one that’s full.
Add the people you’d like to know to the Build circle yourself. It’s the one circle itogai never fills for you, and it’s never filled from a score.
Good to know:
The Inner, Close, and Nurture circles have a capacity, set by the product: 15, 35, and 150. When a circle holds more than that, itogai tells you and leaves the decision to you. Nothing is ever removed to make room.
Your plan sets how many people you can hold across all five circles: 50 on the Free plan, 200 on the Growth plan, and unlimited on the Ultimate plan. That 200 is the plan’s cap, a different number from the 200 you get by adding the three capped circles (15 + 35 + 150).
itogai only suggests. It never moves or removes a person on its own, and every suggestion is support for your own judgment, never a verdict.
