Is itogai GDPR compliant?

itogai is built for the GDPR and the LGPD. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit and never sold, and you can ask for an export or deletion anytime. Transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland rest on the Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and the Swiss mechanism. Relationship scoring is profiling in the GDPR’s sense, and itogai discloses it as such. The Data Processing Agreement is at itogai.app/legal/data-processing-agreement and applies automatically, and privacy requests go to privacy@itogai.com.
