On managed providers in the United States. itogai never sells your data, and nothing pooled across customers trains its scoring model.

itogai’s application and primary database run on managed providers in the United States, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher). Each sub-processor’s location is listed at itogai.app/legal/sub-processors. itogai’s contractors access its production systems from the United States and from Colombia, and no personal data is stored in Colombia. itogai never sells your data, nothing pooled across customers trains, tunes, or calibrates the scoring model, and itogai engages a model provider only where that provider commits that customer data won’t be used to train its general-purpose models. Providers keep inputs only for the short abuse-monitoring period their terms set, as the AI Provider Register states per provider.
