Can I cancel my paid itogai plan at any time?

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings or by writing to billing@itogai.com, at least one day before the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan with its data intact. There’s no cancellation fee, no annual lock-in on a monthly plan, and nobody asks you why. Canceling isn’t deleting: nothing is deleted unless you delete the account.
